AZ PSI drug testing question

Im imbarrised to say it but im innocent in the matter. But my mother inlaw called cps on me(clearly we dont get along). Claiming i smoke in front of my kids and give them beer. Theyre asking me to piss test as a basic protocall.

My question is, does anyone know or have any experience with this testing company? And if anyone has been involved with a cps case knows if they do monitored testing in this paticular circumstance. Because I told them I don't smoke and have a friends clean pee as I do when I go for a new job.

Im a law obiding citizen aside from enjoying some organic herb whos only ever had a traffic ticket. I love my kids and just don't wanna fuckin lose them.

i'm not too well versed, but my understanding is it takes a court order to compell testing
police can't even force you to take a test if pulled over for suspected DUI, though your license will be suspended

Yeah, get a lawyer and say no. They have no evidence and no reason to give you that test. Hearsay is nothing.

If I could only afford a lawyer. A buddy of mine had CPS show up at his job due to drug accusations against him. He tells me that he was straight forward with them. Said he'd drop dirty for weed only and they didn't make him go to parenting/drug classes. Since my lady and I both have to go we've worked out a signal to eachother to warn if they do monitor. In that event I'm just gonna call the caseworker and simply admit. The way I see it is if you're caught with your hand in the cookie jar, might as well come out with your hands clean. Cuz lying is only gonna drag out the case and make me jump through a lot more hoops. I just want to get back to growing my organic herb that helps my back sooooo much lol

from googling it say az courts overloaded with cps cases and also says can be urine hair or saliva test

that could work, just giving the case worker your honest side of the story
but you may be taking a bigger step than is needed now, my understanding is that cps would request the court order for a drug test
and that doesn't sound like it's happened, just saying get as much info as possible before you go start confessing

he needs refuse test and let them see if they can get a court order and while they trying do that he needs go get med recomendation then they cant do shit
him telling them he smokes illegal drugs is not right thing to do
they will fuck him up
taking a chance my mom worked for cps in another state and they bound by law to report all things

not unless he had some inside info on how his caseworker would deal with it
but you're right, confessing will likely be a disaster

They will never take ur kids for smoking weed....period....now if u try to beat a drug test and get caught thats a whole nother story.....cps has to investigate any and every claim no matter what....sux buts thats how it is....ttell em u smoke weed...its not that serious I promise

if they dont care bout weed then why they want test them for it ?
they will take your kids if u doing illegal drugs

ps. i beleive a court would take a kid away for the parent smoking marijuana. the yare that fucked up, they would rather tear a family apart and ruin multiple lives then let dude smoke bud to relax at night. god forbid...
