BAASR to standard plug question

hi!

i have an old reflector i'm want to stick a mogul based 150 watt CFL in.

i also have a BAASR adapter i want to put a standard outlet male plug on. (i've attached photos.) this will allow me to use the CFL in the reflector plugged into a regular 110 outlet with no ballast.

can anybody tell me which wire is the ground on a BAASR plug and where the white, green, and black wires would go on a standard plug?

hope that made sense.

thanks!

in case anybody cares green is ground and the little flat female part is ground. the polarity of the other parts don't seem to matter.

you can kind of see the reflector with the 150 watt CFL in it. that was the 400watt hps cord set i modified.

in the pic you can see my old reflector on the left with the CFL in it. i put one of those tiny cheap desk fans in it to bow the heat out.

thanks!
