i have 3 week old babies, very healthy roots, after they showed roots i put them under 650 watt light about 31/2 feet away with a fan blowing inbetween, first time cloning, and i need to know was that the wrong thing to do? there about 3 to 4 inches tall. i just put them under less light.. are they going to be ok?

maybe upload a picture? i hade yellow spots on the leaves that where caused by to much heat (called bleaching), is it at the bottom leaves, and are the leaves completely yellow of just spots?

for some reason i cant upload pics now. i used to be able to. i dont know if something changed about it. but my leaves are big and yellow, no spots just some are green and some are yellow. some that have green on them have yellow leaves and vice versa. some leaves are drying and curling up and falling off, and im still getting new green leaves to..there under less light now and i got some supernatural green, its supposed to help that. it says you see results within 1 to 3 days, im counting on it taking the 3 days, but am hopeful for less. we shall see..

What sort of soil are you using? Have you fed your plants? If so what have you fed them and how much and how often? How often do you water? What is the temperature when your lights are on?

need a pic to look @ but, if your leaves are turning yellow and you havnt been giving them any nutrients then they probably need a dose of some Veg nutes

42 inches is entirely too far away to have that light. I'd say under lighting, not over lighting. I'd keep that light no further than 28 inches away given the age of the plant. Some 3 week old plants get further along than others... so this is hard to be certain of.

The drying up and dying also indicates over feeding.

Yellowing could also be over watering.

Without know the temperature, the nutrients, the media, the watering and feeding frequency, the pH... It's a shot in the dark.

how long have you had them either potted or as babies for? big reason for them turning yellow is there are no nutrients left in the soil therefore they take the nutrients from the leaves which turns them yellow. try re potting.
