Baby plants got overfed and burned, whats the best thing I can do to help recover?

I sprouted some seeds in rockwool cubes.
Once they sprouted and had their first set of real leafs, and roots showing out the bottom,
i transplanted them into hydroton inside of ebb&gro buckets.
I fed them according to Botanicares "Week 1" schedule, which was WAY too much.

Needless to say, most all of them started showing symptoms, burned etc.
Now they seem to be stunted and now doing so well.

Since then, ive been feeding them plain filtered ph'd water.

Is there anything else i can do to help them recover?

Water change and get a PH tester. This will help you with your levels before you feed next time.

Keep up with the plain water until you see signs of recovery.And never give full strength to young plants or seelings.For example i use shultz 10-54-10 (soil)for Flowering which is 1/4 tsp per gallon of water but i used 1/16 per gallon to start but i still got a lil nute burn so the full dose would have killed my plants.I also suggest misting your plants.BUT SHAKE THE EXCESS WATER OFF AND MOVE THE LIGHT AWAY A BIT.

Im actually running in a hydroponic ebb&flow bucket system.
But that doesnt change much of what youre saying.
Im still giving them 100% plain filtered (and ph'd) water, seeing 'neutral' signs right now.
Unfortunately my reservoir water PH fluctuates naturally, so i keep it in the window of 5.5 to 6.2.

I just recently (last night) changed the reservoir again, and this time i added a low dose of Hygrozyme.
Im hoping perhaps this will help the roots a bit, and clean up the remaining nutrient crap remaining.

I would spray, but because of pests im trying to keep my growroom totally dry, especially around the media.
If i do decide to spray them, what would help revive them to normal? Is there anything special i could spray with?

Also, a pH between 5.5 and 6.2 should have no negative effects on young plants would it?
Like, would the low or high end of the window have any chance of burning, etc.?

keep overfeeding it nutes till it dies. BWWAHAHAHAHAHAHA. nah everybody got it on the ball above me so yeah. you can still add some nutes even while you're flushing BUT just a tiny ass dosage like 1/8 so you don't completely flush the system rather than get it down to its normal level again.
