You really don't know unless you grow it out. If you have to ask, chances are pretty good it's your average "run of the mill" seed.
Keep the plant happy and you'll see it's full genetic potential by harvest.
That's part of the fun in growing unstable F1 beans. Some are junk, others are bomb.

Huh? Pics? What seems to be the issue making you believe it's 'bad genetics'
I dont think i can post pics cuz of illinois dumb policies. Says plants cant be in public view at all and idk the law so dont wanna lose my medical privileges. The first node, the fan leaves im confused by, one side has 3 leaves and the other side isnt a 3 its a 4 leaf. Like as if it was a 5 star fan leaf minus one petal. I red’d out leaves on this pic so only the green is what the leaf looks like lol is it ok? The strain is GDP. I had a bad low ph issue cuz of a crappy amazon pen before getting a bluelab ph pen so i think thats what caused it

I do as well.
Just appreciate a consistent crop.
Nothing is more irritating than searching for balls, stretching plants next to squat.
Good genetics are worth buying IMO
I'm with ya on consistency. I've only come across a handful of true hermies. Some have thrown a few bananas, but I think it was my fault in some fashion. Water and heat were my issues. I'd pluck out the naners and got things dialed back in, finished the grow without any reoccurring naners. Just sensitive plants.
Some beans on the market now days are pure garbage tho so hermies can be a big set back.

Could u provide the legislation about it? I even asked on ilgm forums n noone could really assure me. I called the ilga.gov number and I literally get passed around or told a lawyer can tell u. I cant afford a lawyer especially just for 1 simple question lol.

Growing cannabis at home
You must be 21 years or older. You can grow up to 5 cannabis plants in your home. They must be in a locked room, with no access to anyone under 21. It must be outside of public view and with permission from the owner.

That just means that you can't have growing plants visible for people to see if they're driving down the road or walking past your residence. A 10 ft tall plant sticking over a fence, a plant on your front porch, training a few plants into a hedge along your driveway. Those are examples of what "Public View" means.
