bad leaf burn on a seedling?

so my seedling has been out the dirt for 2days n last night it touched the light im guessing and now the first true leaves are reaching up n they have brown on the ends, i hav never burned a leaf so i dont know to much about what it can do so i was wondering if those leaves die before the second set of true leaves comes up all the way will it die? or will the leaves even die? also is it normal for the stem to be a dark red? its bagseed so i dont know for sure if its from the temp or if its the strain if you can could you tell me of the strains that have a dark red stems with alot of tinys hairs?

for any id, we will need a picture. Just readjust your lights and let the plant continue to grow

If the burn is bad, that leaf won't recover and will die sooner than usual

But I say continue to grow your plant because as long as the other and future leaves don't touch the light, you should be good to go

your plant should be fine as long as you are careful with nutrients and water and give it plenty of light

i put the lights about 3 inches from the top jus to make sure i dnt burn them, havnt startd nutes yet dnt think i will try that yet though
