image.jpgHi guys just a quick question had some bad rusty brown marks on some of my bottom older leaves I found that my problem was that the ph was too high and fixed tht but wondering if I can cut or pull the damaged leaves off if it would help it with better grothh for the new leaves or is it better just to let it be not letting me upload pics will keep trying

If they are less than 50% green I usually cut them off, that's just me though I know people who don't take anything off till it falls off itself

I like to let the plants suck as many nutrients from each leaf as they can. When the leaf looks totally dried up and useless I give it a little tug - if it doesn't just pry right off; I leave it :) GL

I was just thinking if I take them off it will concentrate more on new growth rather than trying to fix the leaves that we're dying

Actually dead leaves or close to dead leaves are a waste of your plants energy, energy is focused on repairing that part of the plant when it would be better if it focused on producing some good looking trichomes up top. if any lower non-essential leaves or bound to die, clip those suckers off.

If I made any mistakes someone please let me know but I'm fairly certain that is true as i've seen it stated from more than one source.

Goodluck with your grow:blsmoke:
