Bad luck?

So i have never bought shit off of the net i orderd my 1st item at the end of last year wich was a 8 inch inline fan and a pair of yo yo hanger after about a month i contacted the seller and told i had not received my items and he simply replied that i had never paid even after i sent him my paypal recipts. But yer im still hasling him about that and my second items some seeds from attitude has not arived and have little hope of them getting here. the thing that gets me down on all this is my girlfriend orderd a camera three days ago and got it today and she even got a email saying it got sent late. anyone have any bad experience with online shopping?

if you're talking about eBay you don't actually have to hassle him. If you have proof that you paid and you haven't received it you just file a complaint with eBay and they'll refund it to you. I've always gotten what I ordered online.

Do you have a tracking number from attitude - sign in to your account, should be a tracking number if you got the guarantee.

Once you have that number, go to http://www.royalmail.com/ and trace the package. Usually it would tell you when it was sent. In USA, we track at the UPSP using the same number. That would give you an approximate idea where the package is at.

If you paid for the "tshirt" guarantee, attitude will make it right.

You can disput with paypal which is a little easier then dealing with ebay

My package has been in one place for some time now and i have made a complaint to paypal but have to wait to the 24th or something i dunno.

dam that sucks man.Ive only ever had one incident with online buying and not receiving my item and it was with ebay,always check the feedback of the seller and research asking questions,generaly people are legit on ebay.
