Girl I know caught someone vandalizing her car. The vandal caught a back full of buckshot. Shot.....in the back.

The number of people I know who have had their cars vandalized = 0

it does happen, i manage apartments, have had cars in the parking lot keyed, one tenant got in an argument with another tenant, and got caught pouring a jar of piss down the ac vents of her car......and they were both in their 30s, at least

yeah, but random vandalism is usually carried out in hard to see places, by little punks. they might hit someones car if they can get away with it, but it'll usually be buildings, places where they can run if they need to.
vandalism to a specific persons car, or other property, is just a pussy way of punching them so they can't punch you back
