Bag Seed Grow- CFL Cab and Window Sill

just popped 2 seeds and put them in a small container i know the roots are sinking in hopefully i should see some lil green sprouts soon

strain- unknown
lighting- 13w cfl with flat white reflector

i made a small cab for my light lined completely with computer paper (Its REALLY bright) and i shine my light at the corner of the box

during the daytime i throw my plant up on the window sill to get some light because it is winter but there are soem good hours of sunlight here (Near toronto..north)
i also leave 2 13w cfls on in the room approx 3 feet away when its on the window sill

Please feel free to post any advice lookign for some pointers here!!! BTW my soil is from a potted flower i bought at wal mart for my grandma...

UPDATE

Looks like one of the seeds is making a move here..its exposed it taproot and is trying to kick off its shell but i only see yellow inside...help anyone??

DAY FOUR!!! UPDATE


okay things are looking a little bit greener today in the sunlight by the window. its kicked the outer shell not its just trying to open up and kick the rest of its cot off...its at about the top rim of the shot glass now my baby is startin to shoot up a bit
