I was at my brothers house and he pulled out a coffee can full of bag seeds the we use to save so most are a few years old but I took about 50 of them and your post has made me super excited to try some out on my next grow!

If the seeded cannabis you bought was good, there is a pretty decent chance that the plant you're growing from those seeds is good or at least ok as well.
"If" the plant, was a hermie, those seeds would likely be feminized (thus producing s1 or selfed seed)...If the plant was accidentally cross pollinated by a close male or another hermie, Im assuming the grower would have maintained similar quality genetics, and its a coin toss as to whether or not its good..
The downside..probably not the best seeds to breed with if pollen came from a hermie plant.

Planted in ffof humidity averaging around 45-55% temps have been an average of 73°-80°
