This is a typical bud from my tallest lady.
These black spots have only been getting worse, and it looks like a Manganese deficiency in the late stages, but I'm not sure how to handle it anymore.
It's probably 4 weeks from full maturity/bud ripeness, but I don't know if I'm just pouring expensive water into a sinking ship at this point..
Notice how the black spots on the leaves run mainly down the middle.. Affected leaves are pretty crispy..
Neither of my other plants are affected, and this one affected plants seems to have some sort of root mite/aphid growing underneath it..
This particular lady is taller than the others (was left untopped) and her roots come out the bottom of my smart pot. I don't want to disturb her "exterior roots", but they have given way to teeny tiny white mites/aphids that I see crawling around the bottom of the black dishes when I go water them.
I wash these dishes to get rid of all visible mites, but they're in the medium at this point... Thankfully, they have not attacked the other two plants.
These white mites are very small, but I haven't been able to match a pest infestation photo to my particular case.
I just got my 60x jeweler's microscope (for trich inspection) in the mail, so I'll try to get a better look at them, but I think it'll be pretty fuckin' difficult.
