Bagseed Hempy LED SCROG grow

It was just bagseed, but that doesn't mean it sucks - and clearly it doesn't. I tried a sample nug last night (broke off a few days ago, and let it dry out) - it gets my and the wife's approval!

Yes I did. $40 from Amazon. I might buy another though cuz the edges of my plant didn't get a ton of light, and as I scrogged it, it got wiiiide.. But it did a great job on the other 95% of my plant, so I'm happy. Switched up the schedule to 4/20 (4 on, 20 off) for the last 24h and the next 48h, then will leave in darkness a full 24h then chop chop. Today is day 71 in flower (just over 10 weeks) - crazy it took this long, but I think I shocked it going into flower, and I think it never really got into flower right away, and also I think it's a majority sativa (I'm sure it's a hybrid) and those tend to run longer, even as much as 12-13 or more weeks.. Trichomes are like 10% clear, 85% cloudy, and 5% amber, so I know it's damn close. I still see some budlets forming on top and on the sides, plumping up a bit, so trying to let it go but need to chop it soon before the trichomes turn.

Ok I think it's done. No real growth in week or so, other than a few budlets here and there, and some more trichomes. I'm calling it. I switched it to plain water last night and will do that for the next 2 nights. The next 2 nights will also be 0 light, and we'll see if we get more trichomes that way. Will chop it in 48h likely (which will be day 75 of flower).

CHOPPED today! Day 75 of flower and it was just time. I think it could have kept budding, but I wanted to chop it earlier rather than later. I saw a few small 'nanners' on there, but overall it looks like it's in good shape. I hope to get ~2oz, but will be happy with at least 1..

that's definitely 2oz atleast. Congrats. You're making me a believer with that cheap LED light. Are the buds dense or airy?

It does seem kind of airy, but it's still quite dense. Shribbling up a bit now too.. smokes nice though (had a few broken nugs which are now dry). I fed it strong flower nutes up until harvest, too, didn't flush it.. Will have another update coming as soon as it's dry and I can properly weigh it.

I ended up with 1.5 ounces. I also overdried it, so it might have been heavier. The buds are not super dense but they do have some volume to them. Overall I'm VERY PLEASED with the results. I think next time I will try to get in more light, and also not let my dryer area RH drop too low (it was around 30-40% which is too low for drying).
