Hey, thanks man. I'm not sure how much you know about it but do you think its about the right time to start LSTin them. I know i still have a ways to go before they're finished but the sooner I move onto a new step, the closer it seems. Also, Caliboy, how long did you veg your blue cheese for? Thanks again, Peace.

Nice. I want to get that Cheese going. I dobut Im going to find a clone but those seeds look like the way to go. I think they are Cheese clonesXAfgani. Then the blue one is xBlueberry. Ive heard the OG cut is very fruity then some say it is cheesy smelling. Like a skunky cheeds? Hum?

Hey everyone. Caliboy, I plan on getting them into 12inch pots, if thats gonna be big enough, and then bending them over til they reach the edge of the pot and then Im just gonna work my way around the pot til I meet where the plant first reached the edge, and then the budding will begin. If thats not what u were wondering about by the type of lst im doin then i have no idea what ur talkin bout. Both plants are still doin pretty good but I think i need to get the blue cheese in a bigger pot asap, but thats not gonna happen til i can afford more soil. Anyways, thanks again for any help and new pics are comin soon.

Ok, so I'm back for another update and I'm sad to say it's a very important one. Over the last couple days the leaves on the BC have started to feel a little thin and papery and today i noticed a couple of the leaves starting to yellow. So, any ideas as to what this might be are greatly appreciated. Also, two of the leaves have a small brown spot growing almost right in the middle of the leaf, not sure what this is, maybe just a little burn from light magnified by some water droplets? Anyways, pictures are below and again... any and all help is appreciated. Cheese looks more indica, Skunk more sativa.

P.S.- I know the soil level in the skunk is way too low and I'm workin on that, so please dont post informing me that I need more soil in there, I know. Peace!

Ok, so the blue cheese isnt getting any better, in fact I would say it's getting worse. Ive talked to two different people about this. One person says that its probably a nitrogen deficiency, supporting what i have read that these symptoms suggest. However, the other person who has supposedly been growing for years, says that this is nothing to really worry about because its not on the newer growth. I figure its gotta be the nute deficiency because I have yet to feed her anything up to this point. Also, some of the tips on the skunk are starting to turn color and even die a little. I'm not quite as concerned about this, as the skunk seems to be doin better than the cheese but I still would like to get both these problems solved asap. New pictures of the cheese and skunk are below and please, if ur reading this and have any idea what might be causing this, give me a little help and post what you think it could be. Thanks again. Peace

well whoever told you not to buy stuff there was dumb, elitist, or both, but they have freaking EXCELLENT stuff for cannabis farming. The Expert Gardener (pretty much wal-mart brand) fertilizer is def some of the best i've found for veg; 24Nitrogen 8Phosphate 16Potash. The soil is from the same place, and even the same brand, and was recommended to me by the dude who helped me through most of my first grow, In fact, it's still the same bag of fertilizer i used on my first grow! So let me reiterate: whoever told you not to buy stuff there was a tard...was it the same guy that told you your plants weren't having nitrogen deficiency?

Ok, so i went to walmart today and to my dismay they are about all out of plant stuff for the year, so off to Home Depot I went. I got some more of the "organic" Miracle-grow soil that I've been using and some Vigoro 24-8-16 plant food. My question now is do I wait until a little after the transplant to feed or should i throw some into the water right after transplant. Also, this may be a stupid question but I'm a noob at this and haven't read too much about nutes and feeding, do I feed the plant every time i water or only every once in a while? I don't think its every water but someone please clear this up for me as I am in need of this information and can't seem to find it on 3 different grow sites (maybe I'm just lookin in the wrong spot). Thanks for all the help and new pics will be up shortly after i figure out how to lift my skunk and put more soil in the same pot I just took it out of. Peace.

well, it kinda depends on yer style. you can make lower strength fert and use it every time you water, or use a higher concentration of fert and use it like every other time you water. personally, i'll use the less concentrated fert and water with it every time, but it's really up to how you wanna do things and how your plants respond. unfortunately, a lot of trial-and-error comes into shit like this

Id say leave them in there pots for a lil more and give them some nutes now! just 1ml/per L(read the bottle and give 1/2 strength 1st time and up the dosage as u should) or something like that, they when u transplant dont nute em for 1 week or a lil less cause there eill b nutes in the soil...

I go on a water secd of water, nutes, water, nutes....
no need to nutes lil girlies like that evey feeding..
give em the nutes and see the growth, maybe the bottom leaves will stay yellow but this does not matter, look how is the new growth comin.. :peace:

what is your water ph?

Buy some fish emulsions, superthrive, and shultz 10-15-10 and mix 1 TB fish emulsion, 4 drops superthrive and 4 droppers 10-15-10 shultz per gallon of water and give it to em every time u water. Then get some mollases and add 1 tsp when u start flowering.

Pce

well... here's my plants after my first transplant, and then 12 days later (aug 21st - sept 2nd) using the type of fertilizer and method of application i mentioned in my last post (25-8-16 expert gardener fert in weak concentration used every watering) Decide for yourselves if it works.

Hey everyone, sorry its has taken me so long to get an update up but ive been pretty busy lately. Anyways, I'm happy to say the girls are still alive but they definitely can use some help. almost all of the lower level leaves on the blue cheese are yellow and dying and some of the newer growth is starting to show brown spots. The skunk is also having a few issues. Some leaves are starting to turn yellow and brown and a few of the stems are turning red. Also, Ive been seeing a few small bugs fliying around in my box. I think this might be part of the problem but I have no idea how to get rid of them. does anyone know any little tricks to keep little flying bugs away? Take a look at the pics and let me know what ya think. Thanks again, any and all help is appreciated.

yeah man, def need more info. what kind of water are you using? is you're using tap do you let it sit for 24hrs for the chlorine to evaporate out? what strength of fert are you mixing up and how often do you water with the nutes and with just regular water? what's the temp inside that box? is it getting good airflow through there? did you try checking the soil pH?
