Barneys Farm LSD did anyone grow it?

Did anyone grow this strain using DWC,SCROG and CFLs? If so what are the troubles you ran into?yield,high and all the other info please thx.

I have 45 gallon DWC. I plan to put 3 plants in there so..how many CFLs would i need for 3 plants?


p.s Don't come in here talking about your 1000 watt lights i don't care about that.

Buy a big T5. You'll need just one good one. I would suggest a strain other than the one you chose. I have about 6 strains growing right now and the BF LSD is the only one that is trouble. Nute burn which I find laughable because I only feed 3 times in a plants life and none are ever full strength. I am very disappointed so far.

Other strains i was thinking about is Nirvana seeds White Rhino and white castle combo??? North lights and ak48. I wanted LSD because i heard its potent and trippy.

I grew it under a 1000 watt hps in soil. Only grew 1 seed, so all my plants were clones of same plant. Was very healthy and a great grower. The high was not very good. I discontinued it as soon as I smoked it. I ended up with over a pound of some dank ass looking LSD that was just not very good.

I highly recomend nirvanas ak48 though. Great plant, clones easy, disease and mold resistant, grows fast, and smokes good.

I believe my LSD took about 9-10 weeks in flower. AK48 took 10 weeks.

Reserva Privada Kandy Kush (not my first and it rocks), World of Seedss White Rhino X Mazar i Sharifi (another repeat), Dinafem Blue Widow, G13 Labs OG13 (another kickass strain there!), White Label White Skunk, a Grass-O-Matic Auto AK ( a SOS freebie), a Zambeza White Cheese and the weirdest pot plant I have ever seen (growing since 1964). It is structured so damned weird and I have never seen such a mutated plant. But she is flowering and with the weird ass build it's a ton of bud and all on the top. The breeder shall remain nameless on this one.

In the last year the most potent strain I grew out was a G13 Labs OG13. Not the greatest yield but it will kick your ass and for a long time! I have one in dirt and a clone in DWC and will clone the piss out of that clone in DWC. The dirt model is already flowering.

I grew that LSD a few year ago indoors and out and she looked good smelled nice n skunky , yielded well , but the high sucked had no kick and def wasn't trippy. Just shows you can't judge weed by how it smells or looks but smokin it tells the truth every time

haha yea i see ppl all over they place saying barnys farm is shit but looks great and some ppl that have never smoked medical say it is fire bc they havent ever had better

i got a low yield because i flipped mine on the second or third leaf set and got a little plant not much more than a foot and a half tall if that. i wasn't particular impressed. it started out with a nice enough generic haze high with a bit of stone underneath that crept into a full on KO after a couple hours. that's way too stoned for my tastes.

it wasa hands down the sexiest looking plant i've ever grown though with deep dark green leaves with pronounced fishbones in the leaves contrasted by crystal snow resin glands. the buds were dense and sticky for the bag appeal crowd, but i liked joey weed's C99 better as that was more motivational, though both were lacking in psychoactivity.

i don't have an issue with barney, it's just that LSD was too stony for my tastes, and his "trippiest" (?) red dragon strain is reported to be stony too. too much indica for my tastes.

if you grow it under haloide, where you can get full terpene expression, some phenos will be slightly grape with hints of haze catpiss in early flowering. some troll fuck has a meltdown every time i share my experience with LSD. as angry as they get, it almost makes me think it's the breeder himself behind it making me want to tell him to fuck off in person. i'm ALEWAYS looking for the trippiest most o;ld school high possible, and LSD was among my first attempts tpo get back to getting high. it's way better than street beasters, but jack's cleaner 2 spanks it for trippiness and a more manageable stone

i hope the lsd seeds i got do good outside this year if i new it was a bad strain i wouldent got it thats sad to hear bad things about it
i was planing to put 25 of them out this year maybe change my mind

They then didn't know what the f**k to do so I've sort of taken the lead on it. First time growing indoors so really learning as we go along.

We planted the seeds into broken down growbag compost and perlite in individual peat pots and stuck them under lights... after a week nothing was happening so I covered the pots in cling film and put them under my fan heater... 4 came up... the Silver Star Haze started to come up but looked awful...brown... and then disappeared...

I've made a grow room under the stairs... it's painted white but we put white sheets up as well... current lighting is 300W CFL.

As it's so cold...UK... there's a fan heater on a self regulating thermostat and a fan... temperature is about 75F...on an 18/6 light cycle...

2 weeks in and Northern Lights/Sour Diesel and Blue Cheese are looking good... I had them all about 6 inches from the light...

LSD is looking a bit feeble... it was the last seed to come up and the leaves aren't looking as well developed as the others who look very happy at the mo... also the first 2 round leaves went purple... I think that's because...for the first few days in the grow room...I was just relying on the light for heat but I came on here and read that purple leaves are often because it's just too cold... so got a little heater... it's second lot of true leaves are just unfurling but look a bit crinkly and small...

Today I re potted the 3 healthy plants into medium size pots with the same soil mix... I just made a hole and put the little peat pots in... roots were already coming through the sides of them... I left the LSD in it's baby pot as I don't think it's ready to re pot yet and have it about 3 inches from the light... I'll let you know how I get on with it...

Really I need some advice on lighting... I have a ceiling mountable spotlight fixture...with fittings for 3 bulbs.. small bulb screw fitting... and wondered if I could buy light bulbs... suitable for growing... from a normal shop... the CFL bulb was £40 but I've seen that you can use other bulbs... any advice would be appreciated... also should I turn the heater off at night? Thanks

my lsd is going great.. feeding her everyday with 305w of CFL in flower. Been smelly since week 3, just got to get a good pheno i guess.

I grew LSD perpetually for almost 2 years. It was a descent strain.

It was really finicky about the watering and nutrients. Too little or too much and it burned. It took a while to get this one dialed in, but once i did, growing in organic soil, it's a really trippy high.

It's also a strain that doesn't smell too much when growing. My pheno takes 12 freaking weeks to finish, though! A really potent high. Too potent. Hard to smoke and then go to work.

I also got descent yields, but it certainly wasn't a good looking strain, once dried. The color and trichomes are good, but the nuggets are really loose, and lacking the density that other strains have given me.

I eventually decided to replace the strain with something faster, weaker and denser.

I've never grown it personally, so I can't contribute to that side of things, sorry. But...

The guy who I usually buy from has had nothing but L.S.D for the past 6 months or so. It's a really decent smoke to be honest, but as far as "trippy" I wouldn't say so myself, there were slight colour distortions and other colours seemed to be brighter than usual. I found myself enjoying music a lot more than usual. I also seemed to ask myself random but rather stupid questions and then laughing to myself about them.
It had a super fruity smell though, like grapefruit, banana, apple, orange, lemon all smashed into one to create a giant swirl of fragrance.
