Basement Grow

What's going on guys, just joined this site because I'm going to induct myself into the growing club this week. I just left the local garen shop and picked up the following items: Lumatek 400W 120V HPS/MH Ballasr, Daystar Reflector, Plantmax 400w MH and HPS bulb, Vita grow clone solution, rapid rooter tray w/ 7" Mondi dome, Happy Frog potting spoil and 1Qt Dyna-Grow Bloom. He also threw in Bill's Perfect Fertilizer, Bud Blaster and Superlicious. Now as for the space is concerned, it's 125 years old. the demensions of the room is 10x6. Pictures of the room can be found below, i just cleaned it out and will begin working on it this weekend/week. I have two bathroom exhaust fans that im going to connect to the outside for fresh air, one blowing in the room, one sucking air out of the room. I am going to divide the room into two by putting a frame up and stapling black plastic to eliminate light transfer. On one side I have 2 4ft Flourescent Shop Lights and my MH for veg, and when my babies are ready, switch it over to HPS. But I'm getting a little worried as to how old the house and how dirty that room was. Are the walls fine? Im going to lay plastic down on the ground should, do yu think I should on the walls as well? My goal for this room is to produce as much chrons as possible, as fast as possible. Do you think I should have gotten a larger light? The guy at the garden store told me that I should go any higher than 400W cause of how low the ceiling is. I'm thnking of going out tomorrow and getting another fixture and ballast to fit one of my bulbs that way I have 800W of both HPS and MH flowing through flowering. How many plants do you think I can produce at one time? I bought the cloning material for my second harest. I'm going to purchase my seeds tomorrow and was unsure of how many to buy. I'm going with probably Top 44 due to the early harvest cause I'm trying to harvest asap. I'm also going to get the strain Medi Bud, for its extremely high yeild. How many seeds should I get?
