basic list for a soil grow

hey im ne to growing and am doing a cfl soil grow
can anyone tell me the basiz stuff i need to achieve good results

and i know what people are gonna say
"get a hps or a mh"
but no
im doing strictly cfl.

i was going to get a 125w ecom light red spec and 2-4 23 watt clfs 2 daylight 6500k and 2 2700k .
i already have a half blue half white fluero tube.

other than lights...

you need soil, pots, seeds, nutes....thats about it...
some fans and some type of ventilation/smell control
reflective material for your grow space(flat white paint works).

yes i was gettin to that i am using bio bizz all mix soil
using bio bizz nutes ( bio grow and bio bloom)
im using 3.6 l square pots
im using pc fans for my ventilation 1 in and using 2 for my out , im making a diy carbon filter like wolfman zen
and i am uisng this diamond reflective sheeting it has the same light reflecting properties as mylar but with better light distribution.
