Bathroom need venting coming in too?

My apologies if this has been answered - couldn't find it anywhere... I have an office (approx 12 x 12) with windows, doors. I have a bathroom (6x6) without windows but it has an electric exhaust fan.

My question is this - do I need an incoming vent? I will be in my office about 1/2 the day, I can leave the door to the bathroom open, and office windows if necessary - but will the smell (albeit wonderful) be overwhelming? (I"m not worried about outsiders - we are very rural).

I hope I am being clear. Any help would be truly appreciated, obviously I'm extremely new at this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi. Better buy a inline fun with carbon filter, and use existing vent in you bathroom to vent it outside.Negative pressure takes smell under control.

I would get a stronger fan venting out of the bathroom vent to get more air exchange. If there is any space under the bathroom door, that will work as passive intake to bring enough air in.

Leaving the door open will let odor out.

Early on it won't be to smelly but as the plant matures it will get stronger. Without air pAssing through a carbon filter the smell will fill your office . A trick I use is I pick up a cintrinal plant and set it in your office it will camouflage the smell . Hope this idea helps
