BB Cheese grow..

This is the start of my cheese grow. Only 4 plants. This is my first grow so please dont criticse too much on my lack of correct technique. I originaly Got 5 feminised seeds but one never even got out of the starting blocks. I am putting the pics and the post up for a little advice. They all seem to be growing a t different speeds even though they are under the same light, a 400w MH. They spent the first 2 weeks with a 24hr light cycle and have been under a 18/6 cylce for about another week now. A few of leaves on one plant have dried out completely and snapped despite a regular watering and spraying. Now some of the leaves are losing their dark colouring. the soil is a mixture of seedling soil and vermiculite. I am abotu to swop to bigger pots and introduce some perlite. They are sprouting new leaves at the nodes and they seem nice and compact. All comments and suggestions are warmly recieved :)
many thanks for looking :bigjoint:

oh and ive not managed to figure out how you get the thumbnails up for the pics :eyesmoke:
so if anyone can help me get them displayed on here instead of a link i would be muchly greatful.

sorry I did not see the pics the first time but I did now and those look older than 2 weeks no? If so I think it would be safe to mix a very very very light mixture of nutes IMO also I have lerned that you need to ph the water with the nutes in it then add to your plants. Tho the leaves that are dying are on the bottom right? If so then the first couple of leaves seem to of died on mine also as they got older maybe the norm. I'm not sure? those look great what is the soil mix consist of and what ratios? **Please understand as this is just my opinion and I am new as well on my second grow the first one I fried my girls in flower cause I did not flush regularly. So I like to say this is my first real grow.

Well I cant tell you what to do but at the 18th day(about 3 weeks) or so I add a 100% organic 1/2 strength dose of nutes to the soil then 3-5 days later water with 6.0 ph'ed water only. I use something called neptunes fish emulsion it has NPK values of 4-1-2 the first number being the important one in the begining growth stages I believe that is nitrogen and your plant needs lots of that in veg. Also what are the temps. humidity does it get fresh air ect... Post all the info you can think of and some real pros will help you.

the temp sits at about 28c with the lights on and there is a good strong circulation of fresh air 24hrs a day. Should the fans be on the same timer as the lights?

I believe that I get more growth with the fans off with the lights. I as well am on 18/6 for veg room. I let the fans shut off and my timer for my heater kicks on I like to keep em at 71F sorry dont know Celcius and no more than 81F in the day with a 76F average. Humidity should be 40% ish IMO all grow that seems to be good for me. What nitrents do you have when you decide to use em?

an update for anyone who is interested.. now approx 4/5 weeks into the grow. the seedlings are turning into lovely ladies now.. although not as tall as i expected by now, they are looking lovely, and also starting to smell sweet. This is a 'ghetto' grow but I am happy with the progress so far. I was wanting to flower them at about 12-18" but at this rate I could be waiting for quite a while.. Again i apologise for the external link for the pictures, but I cant figure how to get the thumbnails.

thanks for looking :bigjoint:

link for the pics is:
