Nah, it's a trick for Weber's. Acts like a convection oven. Wait til ya see the bottom when it's done,,,,,,,

Called the Indirect Method.

Can damn near pick the stars outta the sky at night. Only about 500 people up here now. 1 Bar/Rest. 1 Pizza joint. Country Club with a bar and Restaurant. A high dollar market for high priced groceries. A FRICKING VIDEO STORE, no popo presence and need none thank you very much. And no traffic lights. Nearest stop light is 20 miles downhill. And a gas station w/no diesel open three days a week.

Kinda like it up here.

I BBQ with gas. It's faster but if I use a charcole BBQ it has to be a Webber. bongsmilie
I BBQ all my meats and fish can't beat the taste, C.coal or gas.

Life is getting better as I age. Dodged a helluva lot of crap that came my way and only really ended up get dinged compared to some guys.

Less stress up here, clean air, a great woman and some faithful dawgs.

And not many other humans compared to down the hill.

Yeah, I kinda like it,,,,,,,,,
