Thats sic man very nice and much respect to u for all the help in the past!
I cant see and sure that its in the thread just lazy lol, but how many pots do u have going and what size res?
Are u on a harvest rotation? My setup is very similar to urs and im trying to think it thru a lil more better this time before i end up with another jungle on my hands. Ive got 12 ready to go and many more to come but trying to figure out how to time my cuttings? To get a 2 week harvest?
I have 16 out of 18 pots growing plants in a 15 gallon res. I rotate the clones through the flowering chamber every 60-70 days, I have a separate cloning/veg area with MH lighting. I make clones for 3 boxes total, so I have to get clones going every 4 weeks, which gives my clone chamber avg of 1 week off per month since i usually do 45 at a time. My 1 mother plant has cuttings coming off all the time, she copes well.

Harvest day is about 20 hours of work to trim, weigh and begin drying, clean the hell outta everything, get clones into cleaned and rinsed producer and begin flowering all over again. The machines never stop running so its important to also do maintenance. Have to pull all impellers out of all pumps and clean them, replace air tubing, vaccuum and mop floors, test all pumps for functionality, pull top off box and wipe down inside of the glass to get rid of the dust. power everything down and vacuum interior of electronics enclosure. Replace filters and RO membrane on water system, replenish carbon scrubbers and wipe down CO2 tanks. A clean tidy grow area solves most bacterial/fungus problems before they start.

Sounds like to make yours work on a perpetual harvest you would plant 3 new clones every 2 weeks and clone 3 new plants every 2 weeks. Of course you would harvest 3 plants every 2 weeks also.

Hi NoDrama what material do you have over your 3.5" mesh pots and why do you use it?
Its just plain old aluminum foil, I use it because the rock wool medium will grow algae on the top if its subjected to light. The foil blocks the light so the algae cannot grow.

Hi NoDrama,

My name is Matt from BC Northern Lights, we've talked before. Love the journals!! I am looking to set up a medicinal forum for our customers through a website and was wondering if theres anyway you can send me all the pics and your journals via e-mail. I would be willing to part with a hoodie and nutrients, or whatever else you could use. We are currently undergoing some exciting product development now too, so any feedback is always welcome.

If this works can you e-mail my boss Tarren - tarren@bcnorthernlights.com

or call him

Mr. Producer,
Here's some feedback! How bout re-couping the mans $9k he was overpriced on these units for the photo rights? That sounds like a deal! Hoodie and some nutes, lol
I'd knock off the producer, but it's not worth it, unlike the DIY aeroflos', EZ-Cloners and etc. You are passing your CNC expense direct to the customer
when you could pay 2 welders in house to do this with a plasma cutter and MIG welder and some jigs, and one electrician part-time. Cause I know these things ain't exactly flying off the shelves in our current economy.

I'm not knocking no Drama (you know i'm not a hater Drama) man had bank to just say fuck it and throw at a grow. He's in the 1 Percentile on this forum. Congrats NoDrama, you got company reps giving you props, I don't wanna come across like i'm trying to steal your props. Ladies are looking beautimus BTW, Damn you BCNL's poster boy, StinkBuds in HighTimes May 09 issue, WTF am I doing wrong, lol
Staying off the radar like I intended I guess ;)

You know why I hate BMW's? Because they are so expensive! I could easily buy a 2x4 and put roller skate wheels on it and get from place to place. BMW's are a joke!! ANYONE COULD BUILD ONE!

DVSDM, your comment is about as cool as your creepy porn acronym.

Good Journal, can't wait to see the yeild!
I think the expense will be justified looking at your latest pics.

Call me overly paranoid & forgive me if you really want a free hoody & nutes but......
why the hell does Mr Producer want you to email the pics?
He can "right click & save as" them like anyone else!
Or is that too much like hard work?
Mr Producer if you hadn't thought of that send me a hoody too!

Be carefull No Drama, its easy to track your location from an email header.
If you were to send me an email, from the email header I could get your I.P address & from that find out where you are!
Stick to the forum dude.
Peace.

Hey NoDrama, With that much equipment running does your electricty bill not jump up? How is the smell, are you able to keep a low key operation going like this? ...you can pm me if you'd like.

No, the bill is hardly noticeable. Our electricity rate here is only 6 cents per KWhour, so the box only costs about 70 cents per day to run, add in the mothership and some other accessories and the grand total is about $38/ month.

The smell starts after the 5th week of flower, I don't think the box is totally leak proof, you can kinda smell weed as soon as you walk into the house. I will fix that this next payday when I go to the sto and get me some big filters and inline fans. Its very Low Key, no one in 2 years has ever mentioned the boxes or their purpose.

LAst update for this grow!!

Harvested 8 days ago, the dry is done and we have begun to cure. Overall dried bud comes to 12.5 ounces, which will probably lose about .5 ounces after curing for a few weeks so lets just say 12 oz total.

Pics of course.

Awesome drama. Well i scrapped my other ideas. But finally did get set up to do a perpetual sog of sorts. Right now ive put a couple clones in to see what to expect i guess. Thanks for all ur help in the past.

Also When ur taking cuttings i imagine ur going from veg to root structure to flower.
My question if ya would, when u take ur cuttings, are u rotating tops? If not how many nodes are u leaving on ur cuttings? I would like to know exactly what ur process is for ur cuttings. Thanks in advance.

I don't rotate tops, I just pretty much cut from bottom and top. Usually have at least 4 or 5 nodes left. sometimes I get em a bit bigger and have 8 or 9 nodes.
