Yeah, that would take a plant with 40% resin..... I think the best thing to do is make a high cbd strain with little thc and another strain with high thc and little cbd then make oil and try and make a 50/50 blend like that. I don't think smoking cbd bud is a very effective way to use it anyway. I'm not an expert on the subject though.

I am also on the hunt to create a CBD rich line, partly because I need one to make a night time dose of rso for my diabetes treatment. Nothing brings on the reality of the importance of high CBD like needing it for a loved one or yourself. I guess that may sound kind of selfish but it's reality. When you have a condition like diabetes and see for yourself what kind of quality medicine you can make with cannabis you become a believer real quick.

Those diabetes pills the doc wants me to take makes my body produce insulin at a certain rate and i have to regulate my blood sugar by eating small meals every 3 hours. What a pain in the a$$! I don't have time to stop and eat every 3 hours. With rso I can almost eat when i want. I can go hours and hours without eating and my sugar won't drop. The meds the doc gave me did work but there is a price. Their meds are very inexpensive compared to mine but the quality doesn't compare. It seems rso somehow helps my body regulate insulin and when i take oil my pancreas works like a healthy pancreas. .5 grams in the morning and .5 grams of rso before i hit the sack and life is great. I still check my blood sugar levels every day and it's almost always spot on, 119-121, 2 hours after a meal or in the morning. That's pretty good for a guy who doesn't take ANY conventional medicine for type 2 diabetes. Also got off my blood pressure meds, but I think i had high bp due to the fact that my family doc is a dick head. Stress ya out then take your bp, what a joke.....

He wanted to know how something that caused the munchies would help a person with diabetes. Then he felt my stomach to see how full it was. OMG. Also had to wait 2 weeks to see him about my diabetes treatment. Yeah ok now that ya pissed me off real good, go ahead and take my blood pressure lol.

High CBD clones are in serious NEED and so is some focus on breeding high CBD lines. Great job RareD.

Considering my success rate with what I do know, I'll leave the CBD game to others for now :bigjoint:

I am neither familiar with the stain (Project 13) or genetics company (Tree Town Seeds). I had simply noticed that the OM of Medicine in A2 began carrying them not long ago and it had caught my eye.

Knock yourself out, but Blueberry and Flo had their day and are ancient history, why dont you grab yourself a White Widow while you're at it, maybe Shanti could hook ya up:)

I want a nice cut of vaniluna. We have a pack Belle got from DJ Short, but haven't ran it yet.
DJ Short represents Detroit and I want a few strains of his, no doubt.

I went to a dispensary in SE Michigan last year and I swear there were like half a dozen badly
grown jars of blueberry - all from different newbs. White Widow and Blueberry get bad raps
cuz every newb grows those strains and the market gets flooded with shit interpretations of
those strains. White Widow is fucking highly medicinal and dissing shanti really makes me like, wtf?

Far from a hater dude, I just know what people want.

You're correct, White Widow and Blueberry have legend status and are very good strains, but the people today want something different.

You take some kickass blueberry and some OG-whatever into a dispensary, and you are walking out with just the Blueberry.

Nobody dissed Shanti, that guy is my fuckin hero.

This forum talk is fucked up, things get twisted fast. If we were at the bar having a beer you would understand I have nothing against Blueberry, DJ, Shanti, White Widow, ect.

Its not my fault the kids today want weed that has OG or Kush in its name, LOL!
 
If I only ran one or two strains, it wouldn't be either blueberry or white widow. I agree with you there blissfest.

Yeah, Your friends would be all pissed off, LOL! They would be like DUDE run some OG-Kush or some Girl Scout Cookies!!!

Things have changed on the Cannabis front, I remember growing Northern Lights way back when and that shit flew off the shelf.
