Absolutely gorgeous but looked like the amount of toppings were too heavy for the slice. Pizza seems to be a fine balance and for as simple as it appears doing those simple things right are always complex.
You're right. But I still liked my fancy cheese toast! Here's a stir fry I made tonight with waaay too much stuff in it as well. ;)

Left over Pork Roast that Wife made, green onions, shanghai roodles, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots, Spinach, teeny corns, Hoisin and soy sauce, white pepper, chinese 5 spice, garlic, ginger

Looks delicious, I'd add a few red pepper flakes

Someday I will figure out how to cook rice. My biggest problem is figuring out where to set the stove for simmer. Hard to not take the lid off when you aren't sure whether there will be smoke rolling out of the pan if left covered.
My Ninja Foodi cooks rice in like 3 minutes but I've done it so long in just a saucepan I don't even think about. When the kids were home I had a HUGE rice cooker.

Anyway put an inch of water over your rice, hardboil until you see the water has boiled just under the top rice, put a lid on and turn to your lowest heat and time for 17 minutes. At that point use a fork and fluff your rice. While you're learning you may burn some on the bottom. Don't worry about it.

There's always the under 20 buck Aroma cookers for simplicity.

I have a rice cooker, it didn't work well for the Mrs, so I'm not gonna try to use it.

I was showing my gf the knives I liked and she liked this one so much she ordered it for me. I'm making fajitas again tonight to test it out.
Beautiful. Very nice handle. I like the octagonal ones. They look like they’re too simple to be comfy, but they feel better in my hand than the ergonomically-styled Western style.

How will you keep it sharp?
