Windy and cold up here in Michigan today, just got done snow blowing my driveway. In the mood for some comfort food so having a grilled cheese and bowl of tomato soup for lunch

Here's a snack I had in my truck, I forgot I even had these in there. I know these are terrible for you , I only eat one at a time but they're so damn good lol.

Birria Superior, their birria is delicious and you get 4 adult sized meals out of their $13.99 plate. I buy 16 oz of their consommé
and add chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice and their salsa de chile de árbol y aceite and I have a soup that is very close to a Tom Yum.

A Cornish game hen is simply a cross bread immature chicken and in fact many are not even hens.

BOOM! Brain worm.
People think cornish game hens are something special. I'd rather just have a standard 5-6 lb chicken.

I bought a couple Guinea Hens years ago because they sounded like a special treat to roast up. They were nasty and tasted like dirt. I won't buy those again.
