been flowering for around 10 weeks but weight is still forming

White hairs = still growing so don't cut down just yet. Letting them get fully ripe not only increases yield, but taste also. I would say 1-2 weeks sativas can sometimes go into 13-14 weeks before they are completely ripe.

what strain is this??? looks good but id say wait maybe 3 more weeks and watch the trichs. But she looks good but defiantly not ready yet

Time to go yet As you said, sativa dominant, i've had plants that were supposed to be done in 10 take 15 and still not be quite ready.

It looks like the environment was way off, or the nutrients were in some form or another. It looks like its been done a while it just is a very weak and damaged plant. Harvest the bastard and plant some more! :)

I did a relatively great job with the environment for my first grow I must say. Ph level was never off temp stayed at74 degrees always constant airflow. And the buds are very dense so its not a weak plant. And its just bagseed from some medical I had I can't remember the strain but I do have oger seeds I plan on starting after this harvest
