I'd say wait a while.I think those are just leaves, but I can't tell because it's fuzzy.This is from the growfaq, male at 10 days.The balls grow in little clusters.It can take a little longer to show sex, just depends on the plant.

Yeah that's looking male from the first picture second and third almost make me want to say hermie....
