Being high in public.

Do you get high and go out into the public?

Being high and going out into public hasn't been much fun for me, I get a shit ton of anxiety for some reason and don't seem to function properly towards other people xD
I know a few stoners that hate communication in the outside world when high and I don't blame them.

I remember going to this carnival which was overly packed (Literally elbow to elbow) and i smoked before such events, I was being shoved and slammed all over the place I almost had a panic attack so we ended up sitting down after purchasing lemonade at this stand they had up which the owner was there and we discussed business ethics (He wants to go down to the us in winter with his little mobile lemonade stand and less lemonade)

When he told me this I broke out laughing almost dropping my lemonade, I went to make eye contact after almost dropping my drink and he was glarring at me.

I envy that. I'm slowly breaking down that mental barricade which takes time
Hanging out with friends i feel more open and relaxed but even then i get anxiety issues D:

I agree with wannabe, I do everything high. Then again, I have anxiety issues if I'm sober, so go figure.

That's also what i get on the rare occasions, I feel depressed when i don't get to smoke... Going days without weed is not sane lol
When i do get vitamin Thc in me I feel like im normal and i get a kick in my step as gay as that sounds.

Been smoking for 12 years so I pretty much do everything stoned. Nobody ever seems to notice. I have one buddy though...serious anxiety...starts BUGGIN and stressin about problems like a second after we light the weed
lol. He loves smokin though, would never go a day without it.

Dude say the serenity prayer and head out the door. You cant control the fact that you are high and need to go out. Just go!!

I smoke every day and do almost everything high.In fact I can't think of anything I can't do high.

I love going to the movies baked, my eyes get so red though

It's usually that or restaurants, but nobody has said anything to me yet

Haha, we avoid public places as we dont want be near feds, as we all drive and its such a kill high if you have to walk home when the situation could be avoided! We normally argue who's going to get food at the supermarket as we all have major red eye haha

if i didn.t leave the house high i would have been stuck in for over 18 years!

yep i can go out when im stoned also i can act as if im not high at all when need to it has only failed once when i went to the pub and asked for 2 packs of pepperwimmies and 1 pack of ramgums, i was ment to say can i have 1 peperami and 2 packs of wine gums lol

half the people you see everyday are probably stoned too remember

haha... I love getting out high, I do get the anxiety but it doesn't bother me much. Adrenaline compensates for it I guess. Funny thing I did once was going to the store, buying chips and juice, and at the cashier there was this guy who was enjoying a beer. He was just chatting with the clerk. After I paid for everything, I grabbed the guys beer and left, came back 10 seconds later and said "shit, that's not what I bought", got the chips and juice and left smiling. They remained silent while this was going on

i have no problem functioning outside in public when high. My degree has a marijuana trim around the edges to represent what I did in college, lol.
Being in public takes practice so you get it before you freak out. I had my wife start talking on the phone while high and now she is a walking talking female in the summer totally baked off her ass. Thats the best part knowing that you are high and feeling awesome and the person you are talking to is sober, lmao.

I'm pretty much high all the time. Not like super baked 24/7, but close. The only thing that really gets me nervous is flourescent lighting in big stores, I feel like its a spotlight on my chinky red eyes. I remember one time me my boyfriend and my girl were going into Wendy's, and we went into the first section (lobbyway ) and the lights hit us, and we GEEKED. we just looked at eachother and realized how fucking high we all looked... and we walked out still hungry, unable to talk to people. That was many years ago I think I was 16 but thats the only time being high has ever stopped me from something in public. Clear eyes for your red eyes!!

I get high and get dragged to church, the fiance usually has to poke me to pay attention because I am usually staring at those stained glass windows or the 3D picture things of J-dog walking with his cross. I do love getting high in conservation areas, or when I am fishing on the lake, that is usually the best, catching a fish and frying it up on the boat while smoking a fatty.

Its hilarious being stoned in public...laughing at all the crazy shit that goes on in the world. Its also been fun smoking in public and finding other people who smoke, smoking with them, and then standing in the alley and saying "Yep", and "Mm-Hmm".

Being stoned around tons of straight-laced people is fun. Around where i live theres tons of country-folk and religious-types. So getting stoned and going out is nice. None of these simpletons know who I am or what tricks i have up my sleeve.

But....I dunno, i dont really get "High" or "Stoned" anymore. I just get relaxed, and my mind goes up to a higher level of analyzing things. I think those terms only apply to you in the first few years of smoking...after that its not really a big deal anymore.

I think of weed as any other type of thing someone consumes during the day... Pizza, Soda, Coffee, Tobacco, etc.

I was the same way all paranoid and such in public . It goes away after awile and now i do everything high . Took me 2 yrs everyday smoking to get to that point . I am a skinny boy with a high metabolism . I can stop smoking for 1 day and its like taking away those 2 yrs , I get my majic back quick .It's different for everybody . Just hang in there and keep blazin b4 u know it you will fear not being high in public!
