Hi everyone,
I like hash but it has to be extremely good for me to give it two looks. Bellota or Culero(from the butt) is a kind of hash that has been kicking around the Mediterranean since at least the late 90's. From what i was told there was a big farmer in Ketama who was getting tired of having the odd shipment of tons of labour intensive hash be lost due to the law. So instead of pressing hash into half and 1 kg bars for bulk export he had the clever idea of trying to implement pakistani genetics into its crops so as to make the hash more potent and hence more sought after and export it in smaller quantities inside someones belly to then be expelled at the country of destination. The person who told me this was a moroccan back in the day. Aparently a lot of farmers now produce bellotas with the help of pakistani genetics and export. Some are higher quality than others but when you get a good one you are getting something unforgettable. By the way they WRAP the hash in some serious amounts of cling film or whatever the hell it is they put on it. I mean you will spend at least 10 minutes trying to unwrap it with gloves.
As you can see from the picture it looks absolute tits. Just looking at it gives me a head rush. not sure if the pictures makes it justice but you can actually see the trychomes forming a puzzle how they are stuck together so perfectly with big glands intact. trully crazy. Everything nicely dark brown with the odd very bright sparkle. If i had a few ounces of this i could make mould a play castle with it because it is that soft! Beautiful hash! 9/10
This smells the way you would want a new hot drink to smell. A mixture of sweet deep dry fruit smell with the distinguishable sweet earthy hashness one finds in squeagy hashes. It has creamyness to it i have NEVER found in hash before. It makes want to take a serious bite into it just because of how sweetly nice it smells. It almost has a heat to the smell on the contrary to freshness one gets in the minty moroccan pollen. Unreal smell! 10/10
Tastes exactly like it smells! Same level of depth and complexity in taste as that of the smell. After smoking it you will want to eat a bit. It tastes like a beautiful creamy hashy sweet paste.Very very smooth smoke! 10/10
This makes you feel very very stoned! Eventhough its effects are extremely intense they are gently so. It's like a really friendly and nice bouncer that kicks you out of the club without you or anyone else really noticing, but he will! kick you out. So is this hash it will make you very stoned but takes you there with pleasure and ease. Extremely potent hash! Not iceolator strong but close! 8.5-9/10
Overall this is the jewel of the mediteranean! Extremely cheap (at 50 euros for 10 grams) considering the ridiculous high quality it has, however they can be hard to come by at times. There is no one who hasnt smoked bellota and doesnt remember it forever! Give it a 9.5/10 overall. trully amazing shit! I have tried smoking as much of this hash as i can in a day (all in bong hits) and i couldnt finish 1 gram and had like 3 naps the whole day, and believe me i am no lightweight i weigh 210lbs and have probably smoked close to my bodyweight in weed over the years...
