Bending over the main stock???

My diesel is almost 4 foot and im starting 12/12 tonite. Im thinking of bending the main stock since it is so tall. First time grower so i need all the help I can get! I actually did bend it over with kite string and strung it around a screw I put in the pot. Will this break my baby when its in the flowering stage??

4 foot tall? your going to run into problems if I were you I would top about a foot off it and veg for like 4 more days then flower

not if you do it now, it might if you tried to bend it late in flowering as the stem will have filled with woody fiber

yes tie the main stem down, and any other branch getting too tall. put a plank of wood(with push pins or hooks in it) in there on the ground and tie them to this intsead of bending it right around to pot.

I'm with MrStickyscissors Top it, veg it for a few more days, then flip it.
You can also top it, root the top, a week later, put them both into flower. Or keep the clone for a mama.

yeah root the top and flower it pull a quarter to a half ounce extra thats a gud idea

What you've done is called LST. Low Stress Training. The only thing is that you should do it a couple weeks before flower at least. Tie her down then veg until the leaves and limbs have turned up. About a week or 2... then flower like regular. Read up on LST. It increases yield.
