bending plants

i know your not supposed to top plants in flowering but is it ok to bend them. they are silver haze and there getting too tall. i know the strand responds well to bending but im in week three of flowering and want to bend jus a little. please help.

do you want to bend it because its getting 2 big or what? if you can leave it it would be very good, i guess u can bend it though

start lsting for maximum light penetration asap you can make a ton of top colas quickly by properly tying them down. be careful not to put on too much pressure on the branches/stems., your only 3 weeks into flower so it'll be fine to start now
