bending vs. breaking

lol thats exactly it thouhg. its your first grow. and secondly after reading up through many many articles, its pretty clear that breaking them stresses the plant, but if you give the plant time to veg and recover (roughtly 2 weeks for full recovery), it can do some nice bonzai creations. never bend during flower, a very bad decision as you stifle nutrients and stress the plant during the most vital time. LST is great for opening up the capony, but does not achieve the results that breaking does. Supper cropping is better performed on the top leaves as well, and the base branches are better for LST
i'm already on it Gypsy.

don't bend during flowering?! i've never ripped on anybody on this site but you've just said some pretty retarded things.

so much WHACK "information"..
Supercropping is NOT locale or time specific.. top branches? flowering? lol more like knock that mother fucker over in veg and EVERYTHING bends 90 degrees, flower, and how bout a bit of LST on top of that? and what "results" are you comparing to lst? ('after reading through many articles' as opposed to meeting your own conclusions through trial like those of us who have)

(i'm not a doctor BUT) in humans, a broken arm if perfectly healed is STRONGER than before, in tensile strength! however NOT MORE EFFICIENT or POWERFUL. the same may be considered for plants, their square-like cell structure is not all that different from that of animals which are circular.
please.. PLEASE educate me in how severely damaging a plant is good, or that providing more beautiful light throughout your canopy while in the most IMPORTANT stage of growing marijuana is a BAD THING..

swish&worm, you should review all my posts in many threads.. notice how I clearly state that "it's my understanding" or "to my knowledge.." before making claims. i suggest you do the same.

p.s. I want the information in this thread to be ACCURATE as it's title should not mislead those seeking it.
