Bent my plant by accident.

A little liquid was coming out, i ripped a stick off my wicker basket and taped it to it. Think it will be ok? If i move it slightly to the direction of which it was bent it bends even lower. but puttiing it back up it stays in place. this is currently my biggest cola and i think my plants are about ready in 2-3weeks. It's my first grow they are 2 Big Buds and 1 Royal queen. I did this while turning the pots around so the light gets all over..small grow room so ive knocked it some how :( By the way I'm using 90watt Prakasa LED 6 spectrum lights. Can anyone rate them? i've heard the yields aren't as good as HID or HPS but i save a bomb on my electricity. In the veggie stage all i used was water and a diluted seaweed mixture that you spray the leaves with. Then when in flowering all i've used is Tomatorite. Now i'm using just water as they look nearly done.

A pic would help but yeah man these plants are resilient. What toy did is actually a technique to increase nutrient levels at the plants extremities; its called super cropping. The plant carries water and nutrients up the center of its stem (through the phloem) and carries them back down around the outside of the stem (xylem). By damaging the xylem nutrients go in, but can't get out.

Usually done in veg but they should be fine. If there was too much damage done for the splint to fix it (like dude said) then you'll notice after a couple of days by discoloration of leaves in certain places.
