In 6 yrs, I have never found that language in the MMM Act of 2008.

I don't see where it is allowed either but I commend those that stick there neck out there to do so.

So these dispensary owners are on felony charges. Selling outside the 5 patient rule.

A provisioning center owner in my county belives it is just the choice of the prosecuting attorney, and knows he could be shut down any day.
