Soils tek is top of the line. No reviews or anything on a horti ballast from what I know of. Plus a 1kw is running at 600 bucks.. Id rather get 4 soils tek matrix and get the same result. Plus horti ballast had a cord recall last year. That can't be good ballast if its had a recall already.

Comes with a 5 year warranty just like any other good ballast. I would NOT get a horti ballast.. For that price it should be a 10 year warranty...
