Best Actor on Earth....?

I'm putting Brendan Gleeson up for a nod. Think about it. The guy has ears bigger than dumbo but hasn't let that stop him from getting pretty well known for what he can bring to a character. He was great as 'the general'.

Yeah, SB was awesome, but he's not done anything worthwhile since. read his book last year. Pretty good.

Did you ever see a film called THE RED VIOLIN starring Samuel L ???
I didn't realize how good an actor he was, until I saw him act completely out of character in this.
He's an expert on antique violins. Very sophisticated and educated and cosmopolitan - absolutely not a ghetto gangster type.
