Best budget grow lights?

I decided to update the lighting in my grow tent, i currently have a blurple kingled pulling around 100 watts from the wall in a 2x2x4 tent and i want to add one more light that won’t produce so These are the best options i found for my budget, can you help me please?

You should use either the Mars or SF.the cob light would require more hanging height.

Probably too late now but I definitely recommend the phlizon cree cob 1000w lights. I have the cree cob 1000w lights and a standard 2000w phlizon lights (actual wattage is more like 350ish).
My plants are definitely growing bigger and faster under the 1000w cree cob lights than my other plants are under the 2000w phlizon lights.
I have posted pics below to illustrate the difference in quality.
I am now thinking of returning the 2000w lights and grabbing another phlizon cree cob lights or hydro marsh 1000w.
Apologies, I should of taken them pics with the grow lights off, would of been alot clearer to see. Also the first 2 pics are cree cob lights.
