Best cfl for flowering?

i heard warm white but what really works?

Red Spectrum Light for flower and Blue for veg.

Everything I've read say 2700k for flowering...which would be soft light i believe...

Contrary to popular belief the 5000K to 7000K bulbs are best for flowering. Just ask my avatar.

The 2700K bulbs provide very little far red light that the plant is after. It is fine to mix them in, but stick with the blue bulbs through flowering and you'll be glad you did.

If you could find a far right CFL bulb, 2100K to 2300K then those would be fine for flowering. They aren't regularly available though.

any cfl (2700k or 6500k) will flower a plant efficiently
