best cfl spectrum

what is the ideal spectrum for veg and flower? will anything over 6000 work?

This doesn't really make it clear if you're supposed to use a combination, and if so to what extent and parameters, of the different spectrums. It's the question I'm trying to get answered.

I use a 3 to 1 ratio.
Veg - 3, 6500k for every 2700k.
Flower - 3 2700k for evey 6500k.
I've been using CFL's from the grocery store for vegging, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
