After reading the thread where you were asking where to buy 400 watt hps light system's for $20 ,now this one wanting high cfm cool tube exhaut fans for less than $30 i'd say you need to research more,the prices you want to find items for may as well be free,there are no such fans & lights at the prices you are thinking you can get them for.

Well actually these lights are in his price range.
And he could get a duct booster fan at home depot or wherever for the price he's talking about.
And he could use a candle chimney from a craft store that's less than $10 for the cooltube part.

I dont post much but I have been reading this forum for a long time now. I really dont understand why people attack others when they ask a question? No need to be a dick bro! Just say lower your expectations or something.

Now as far as the light goes you can make a CFL light that works great for really cheap.
I have 8 23 watt red and 2 45 wat red bulbs on my light, I use something like this http://www.solutions.com/jump.jsp?itemID=4014&itemType=PRODUCT&iProductID=4014
and a peice of rectangular duct work pre shaped from Lowes:http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=53076-131-126&lpage=none
the duct is not sealed it is open on one end which allows you to open it like a bat wing. Then I just robbed a bunch of lamps for there sockets and cords. I got socket spliters from wal mart for a dollar a peice. the Mop and broom holder has 5 clamps like giant clothes pins so I got a peice of 1x4 and placed it on the back of the duct and the mop holder on the inside and screwed it together and viola! cheap ass like that outputs around 20k lumens for my littel 3x3 place and puts of almost no heat. Ill will post pictures sometime today.
