Hello there everyone,
I was thinking of growing outdoor this year unfortunately I live in Sacramento where outdoor grow is now banned. I was wondering which county close by would be best to move to and grow where I can grow my own medicine with out the authority harassing and shutting me down. Thank You everyone.

I am in the 916.. It's possible to make an outdoor run if you try to keep it stealth. Carport or keep them low and you can get away with it. :)

I heard Humboldt county is a good place to grow bud outdoor. Head north to Oregon or Washington. Theyre legal.

GV NC area is good, but very hard and expensive to find rentals. If you can buy your good, but if you have to rent like me, it's tough. Go look at the rentals in Gold Country on craigslist and you'll see that almost all rentals that look like a good spot to grow will say "no 420" or "no growers" or "NOT 215 friendly" and the ones that advertise as "215 friendly" will cost you 2-3 times what the place is worth, and they want the whole year up front in most cases. lol' We also have a really fucked ordinance here that is VERY restrictive. But, they don't mess with ya unless someone complains...period! Which is the way most places are whether they say it or not.

They are still doing flying compliance checks in GV NC, we were overflown twice last season. They hovered 100ft over the garden counting plants....

yea but I don't think they are doing that for the ordinance. The sheriff stated back when they started all this, they would not go after grows that were not complained on. I had my backyard buzzed a few times too, and no one showed up. It's VERY obvious that garden is not in compliance. They're looking for too many on state law I believe. I could be wrong, but that's what I'm seeing here.
You weren't in compliance when they flew over you were you? If you were your not growing much eh? Your only allowed 1000 sq ft if you have 40 acres....it's ridiculous!
I did hear something about they were going after grows that had no residence on em'. That may have been what they were up to as well. They said they were gonna stop folks from buying property and growing on it without living there.

I thought Tehema had a 12 plant limit on any parcel? That's better than most unless they changed it again.

O they want you to go to the building department...and bla bla bla.. and they will come to ur grow 3 times during the season F@CK THAT!! ill stay 100% indoors from now on.
