i grew 4sd from rez, which is chem 4 x ecsd, and it was hands down some of the most potent herb i've ever grown.. it'd say it's more on the hybrid side in terms of effects, but holy crap, one hit and it hits you right behind the eyes.. super killer strain, and also, super stinky in grow, holy crap, is that stuff way beyond loud..
i also grew drgt's ecsd along with the 4sd, and sadly, the ecsd didn't hold a candle to the 4sd in terms of potency, and they funny thing is, i was looking for the ecsd and was also gifted the 4sd from a fine farmer friend of mine. not to say the ecsd was bad, just saying that pretty much everything else was going to pale next to the 4sd.

i just germed some beans from jaws, truck stop cookies, it's supposed to be purple diesel x cookie monsters, and it'd be nice to find a pheno for each of the parents.

i'm not sure if he's still in the seed game. but he was selling over at seed bay..

yeah, i just checked, they don't carry any of his gear anymore, like i said, i don't honestly think he's around anymore. of course i could be wrong about this..

that's what i was thinking as well, but i know there's some confusion over whether rez was chemdawg and it was chem who got busted, but i always tended to believe that they were one and the same person, and yeah, his gear has been gone for awhile now..

The guy had some fire strains and was a major contributor to cannabis genetics, IMHO.

I would say that Gorilla Glue #4 has the best diesel qualities I've encountered. Chem's Sis X Sour Dubb X Chocolate diesel...I mean...the entire thing is a combination of the best strains in the diesel world...Sour Diesel, East Coast Sour Diesel and a Chemdawg phenotype...Almost can't get any more diesel than that!

i obtained those original rez sd x cd in 2012 from seedboutique, did the romulan cross with it in 2013, then last yr crossed it again with mosca c99, the sd x cd x rom still stank as much as the original, ultra dank shit...awesome, as racerboy71 stated...ITS WAY BEYOND LOUD! the mosca c99 seems to have tamed down the odour factor a bit, only a few wks into flower now so will wait & see, those beans having been stored in frosty ol UK probably still have a good germ rate i think

Loud seeds' 7/8 sour has 7/8ths of AJs sd in it. The other 1/8 is Loud #1.. They're regular seeds. Good luck happy growing

They are very different. I dont remember taking Chem that long but it if i did it was probably using my multi stage harvest method where only the bottom of plant goes the full 84 days. Chem should be done in about 70.

Chem is a very social indica. You just want to smile and talk to people when you smoke it. Very potent but not overpowering.
ECSD starts as a trippy almost psychedelic high and then morphs into a somewhat couchlock like stoned buzz. Also very potent and can be overpowering.

Flavor on ECSD is all fuel with a little sour thrown in.
Chem is like pinesol.
In general they both have skunk undertones but the taste is actually very different.
Both yield very well.

lot of hoopla about rez's stuff amid claims it was stolen genetics he used, i found all this out after i had purchased his stuff, i wouldnt have purchased if i had known...but im not throwing what i have away now, seeded up 4 big sd x cd with a romulan male, only have about 20,000 of those beans left hehehe

Stolen genetics or not if genetics become available then buy them. Dont cheat yourself because of some honor shit, never know if the original owners even plan on releasing them

I remember his drops were crazy
Still have some of his genetics but germ rates are pretty ordinary still if you ever get the chance its worth having a grow

i wanna find the best sour d strain too.

i just ordered sour p, original diesel(daywrecker), mama thai, and some 2046 from seedsman.

i love sour d and pure/mostly sativa strains. sour d was always my favorite though.

ill get some headbanger once i get through the hundred or so seeds i currently have. it's funny, i have only been growing my 10 year old seeds and freebies from seedsman, i have yet to grow anything i have payed for. well, except one lowrider#2 that i grew in a quarter gallon rez dwc. it finished nicely too. i got more than a zip out of it.
