Best fertilizer q/a

Hey y'all, I'm doing an indoor SOG. What nutrients and additives do you find best for this? I'm doing 1 gallon soil containers. I plan on a one week veg, and flip.

P.s I have some hammerhead and Moab left over from last time if I should use it...ALSO, is coco better for sog than soil is? If coco is better which nutrient line do you recommend

Would it be more adventagious to do a sog in a 4x4 or perhaps a hempy scrog?
