Best Fluorescent system?

Whats the best 3 foot fluorescent system for flowering...... 18 inches max width?

I'm gonna say it's most likely those compact fluro's that are in the FAQ. I'm just gonna be using eight 4-foot tubes (warm white)

I just thought Sunleaves had some good systems,don't know which ones.....

you shouldnt use tubes for growing unless limited on what you can use or if you are growing mother & clones
try higher intensity cfls there great on a budget!

Let me clarify.Is there a Fluoresent system ,that has the same output of a 400watt HPS?

I use a 4' 8 bulb T5 and it works great from veg-flower
