I already am using a 5 gal pot. and was wondering what are my options to bigger containers and if there is
any ''best'' container that mj plants like. I honestly didn't keep track how many months the plant is, it's about 12'' x 12 ''
and still in veg for as long as it wants to be because it's an outdoor plant! Any info is appreciated! Thank you!

The bigger the pot the bigger the plant. Huge pots are harder to find in cheap plastic over 5gal. Grow bags come in many different sizes and are cheap. You can use garbage cans and make holes for drainage.

And the fact that they're black, it won't make the dirt get to hot and roots cook? that's what I'm worried about because with my plastic pots, the
sun is baking the outside so I keep turning the pot every couple hours

fabric pots like the above posters stated. They will prune the roots for you and your plants will not get root bound. Black pots are fine.

buy the white ones.

I guess it depends on how big you're trying to grow, and the location of the pot. I wouldn't use a grow bag, black or white (but especially not black) if your pot will be sitting out in the full summer sun. If you do, I would shade the pot. Love the smartpots though. Can't go wrong with those, although they are a bit pricey. If you only have to buy one, I would definitely splurge on a smartpot. They are washable and reusable too.

grow bags ! I see no bull shit , 5 foot plants in a 3 gallon pot all day long. these bags are the best . used to use 5 and 7 gallon. dug up roots and seen im wasting a hell of a lot of dirt. so now rocking 3 gallon pots, veg 3 feet tall then flower to a total height of 5 or 6 feet tall . with a very nice end result. yes you have to water once a day, half gallon. water, I don't care, what else do I have to doo ?
