So I went to the Hydro store today and I asked the owner what he thought the best nutes for hydro growing were and he told me the Canna line was the best to use but they are expensive. I am currently using the GH flora nova series for the 2nd time and I guess its ok its just kind of messy for hydroponic setups as its very gooey. But anyways I was just wondering what Nutes you guys think are the best and why?

General Hydroponics three part flora series. You can mix them in whatever combination you need, they are cheap, professional, and they are pretty much set the standard.

I swear by it.

i have only used botanicare so far i would not recomend the power series due to poor tasting herb but i have heard their pure blend pro series is great. and i believe it also qualifies as organic so thats why i am gonna try that for improved flavor and increased size/density. The reason i am sticking with botanicare is the ease of use as far as mixing and ph balancing witha simple up and down solutions and the prices seam reasonable and are available to me locally which means less of a trail. which is great in this biz

I can't say they are the BEST but I can vouch they work really good. The holland secret Bang, Bing, Bloom came free due to an order fuckup and I've had great results for my first aero grow. No root rot, no algae, and very little ph fluctuations. The feeding schedule online shows all this other bs they want you to use with it, but I didn't need it.

The only bad thing I can say is that the nitrogen levels in their formula seem to be just slightly too high.

P.S. I might be wrong, but usually a salesman in any store is going to vouch for the most expensive one as it is usually the most beneficial to his/her paycheck.

GH 3 part is the best because of its simplicity and quality. Its also very forgiving

I used to swear by the gh 3 part until I tried dutch master gold series.
if you want the best available... go the dutch master gold route.
you will me freakin amazed at the results. I'm never going back....
