Best inline fan

Hey I'm growing in a very small cab so it doesn't need much, but I'm looking for the best quality, most effective, and quietest fan possible. I'm willing to pay up to 100 dollars but that's still a bit much for me. so this is the two fans that i was thinking about,

http://www.amazon.com/VenTech-Inline-Exhaust-Ventilation-Blower/dp/B005KMOJPK/ref=pd_luc_sbs_03_02_t_lh

any other ideas? or any tips? also is there anything else i will need for these fans? because last time i bought a fan it didn't come with a way to plug it in so i was fucked because i didn't have the right cord to plug it in with.

Valueline fans are good fans for the $. But a bit noisy unless you use a regulated speed controll. If you want good air flow but real quiet operation try picking up a small box heater from walmart, about $25. Open it up and remove the box fan, the wiring is simple. Take out the heater part and if your handy or creative enough you can modify something to fit your needs. The fan is like a computer fan on steroids, moves a lot of air but does it very quietly. This is what i use in my clone box.

I have a 6 inch duct booster.26 bucks , works great for me.a bit loud but once u get a filter on it she's not too bad.rated @ 240 cfm but when I tested it I got about 210.thats fine for my w36xd20xh62 tent.

duct booster loud? =/ i run canfan because they are by far the best fans on the market.
but i used to run eco plus, and it did the job great.

if you want quiet on a inline, you will need to get the fan speed controller.

Working in a hydro store I've plugged in a lot of different fans.

Max-Fans win, hands down. Smaller, Quieter, more efficient. IMHO it's definitely worth the extra 50$. This equipment will last you years. It comes out to a few dollars/year extra for a higher quality fan.

CAPS are okay but theyre bulkier and louder. Same with active air. same with DL wholesale fans.

I have a few of the 6" max fans and love them. Very efficient for medium loads and they have 3 speed settings from 200-350 cfm.

How much CFM do you need? If you just need something small with a light load you can use the BFQ90. Very quiet and sells for $33 on amazon.

Can Fan Max Fan are the best, go on youtube and check the tests they've done.. They're the smallest and pretty quiet but the noise depends a lot on your ducting, if you make the ducting smaller than your fan it will make more noise.

The active air fans work well, I have a 6". Max fans are awesome but you don't need it and it's not $100. Valueline fans are decent too for the money.

got the 6" active air and does the job for me just fine and i also have the ventech 6" that i got as a bundle with the carbon filter. also no issues with it. got both from ebay. got a 6" duct booster too but thats headed back to home depot. worthless pos for my room. may work ok in a small cab or closet grow though.if noise is an issue try a duct muffler or check out the diy section on here and put one together yourself. a speed controller will work to but only because you are slowing it down and in turn dropping the cfm's and defeating the purpose of the fan. why buy a 400cfm fan just to turn it into a 200 cfm fan? just my opinion
