I have a 12’x8’x8’high space for flowering. I wanted to use LED if possible for the space but wanted peoples opinion on the best brand and most reliable to light the entire space (this room will be a flower room only) I have a separate room for veg
I’ve looked at BIOS, spider farmer, gavita, aglex, etc.
I am looking for different opinions on what the best option would be and what brand to purchase

I would look for about 40 watts of "good" led light per sq. ft. (that is what I have). With samsung lm301B diodes and meanwell drivers............ Whatever combination of quantum boards or light strips you can do that with.
With dimmers if you are growing from seedlings under them..........

Brands that have these:

Viparspectra, Spiderfarmer, and Bloomspect is what I have used but there are others. Maxsisun is one. Just a suggestion since that is what has worked for me lately in my switch from HIDs........... You can go with pricier brand options but I know these can do well if other environmental factors are in place................

These can deliver about 700 - 900 PAR (PPFD) at canopy level at about 80% on the dimmers...during flower. With no CO2 added.

What's the difference between light strips and quantum board LED lights?

Are they technically the same thing, just the diodes in a different arrangement?

Was looking more into the bar lights for a more uniform coverage but I’m trying to make the switch from HPS/MH to LED and still trying to read as much as I can about them. The thing is that I’ve been using HID lights for so long that I’ve gone through the ones that work better and bulbs that work better for me. The LED switch is going to be a pricy one and it’s a bit expensive for “trial and error” like I’ve done in the past with HID’s
