best light for seeds/clones ?

what would be the ultimate lighyt system for clones and seeds? id prefer low energy lights...

any suggestion?

I would use T-5 Flourescent's, for doing those in veg cycle, i've put them directly to flower before, cute lil collar nuggies. :-P Low heat, efficient, good use of space, and yeah, the low heat. :weed: Iono though, heard alot of goods and bads from the led systems... Spendy spendy though, i'll wait. :o
