If you want to grow well then go with metal halide/ high pressure sodium. Don't try to reinvent the wheel here. Get some finished material that will impress first then do what you want to do. It's not just about the lights. More questions on here about getting carried away with nutrition and overdosed plants than anything else. You can provide all the lights you want but they won't grow a good plant that's drowning in too much fertilizer
