Hello everyone and thanks for reading.
I have been told that by shocking or stressing your weed the last two days will "finish" your buds. I'm in an aeroflo system and the only thing I do is run pure water for the last four days or so. My buddy says he always turns the lights out and the water pump off for two days (besides flushing). He monitors the plants and when they start to look droopy he tunrs the pump on momentarily to keep them alive. According to him, the buds explode with crystals, fill out even more, and are "finished."
I can see how the theory is logical in one sense. I do however, find it difficult to bring myself to stress my plants at any time never mind two days from trimming. Turning the lights off only seems like it would keep the buds from filling out.
Any thoughts, ideas, criticisms, or otherwise is appreciated. Maybe some one's heard of this? Maybe the idea is right but the process is incorrect?
